Payment
The preferred method of direct Credit Card not PayPal, However we do accept it , however due to there charges we require that you pay the 2.9% over the amount + 30 ccnts. to cover their fees.We will also accept money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks (subject to check clearance). Checks should be made out to Stephaon Burney. Payment must be made in full before any reptile(s) will be shipped. Animals on Hold
We will hold an animal for 5 days without a deposit. A non-refundable 25% deposit will hold the animal(s) for 3 weeks. If you can't accept shipment of an animal immediately - for example you are heading out of town or preparing a habitat .
Shipping
We will ship primarily using UPS .Shipping rates with UPS anywhere over night is $65.We may use other carriers on request, USPS FEDEX DHL etc.. Shipping cost is pending on which carrier used in the continental US. We reserve the right to delay shipping based on weather conditions. (unless otherwise noted by you via email).We are not held responsible for carrier shipping delays for any reason. You must be home to accept delivery of your REPTILE(S)! Beware that many drivers will just leave the box without ringing the bell,or knocking on your door. Delivery should occur prior to 10:30 am, but some areas are only guaranteed for noon delivery,this also depends on what shipping option you would like to use. Please contact me via email as soon as the animal arrives.
Guarantees
All reptiles will be healthy and feeding well when we send them to you. We will not knowingly send you a reptiles that has any physical deformity without disclosing it. We will guarantee live delivery assuming that the carrier has delivered the animal on time and that someone was home to sign for the package. Check your door often so you know right away that your reptile(s) has arrived! we can't be held responsible for carrier related tragedies. If your reptile(s) for some reason has not survived the trip, please take a picture and freeze the reptile(s).Contact me via email, and email the picture as well. You may request your money back less the shipping or request another reptile(s). You also must send the deceased reptile(s) back to me. You must inform me if anything is wrong within the first 24 hours of expected arrival or we will assume that all is well and any guarantees will be void. We are not held responsible for carrier shipping delays, inwhich can cause death to the animal for any reason.
